NamTrix is a healthcare management platform that facilitates communication and document management between patients (Clients) and healthcare providers. The Service provides:

• Online Medical Consultations - Consult with licensed doctors from the comfort of your home by simple appointment booking
• Diagnosis and Prescriptions - Receive accurate diagnosis and digital prescriptions tailored to your needs
• Prescription Refills - Easily request prescription refills and manage your ongoing treatments online
• Medical Laboratory Analysis - Upload and review lab results with expert analysis and recommendations
• Secure case file management
• Digital signature functionality for medical documents
• Secure payment processing for healthcare services
• Communication and notification services

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• Healthcare providers must be licensed medical professionals in their jurisdiction

2.2 Account Creation

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Not share your password with any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.1 Clients (Patients)

• Provide accurate medical history and health information
• Maintain appointment schedules and notify providers of cancellations
• Follow medical advice and prescriptions as directed by healthcare providers
• Maintain confidentiality of prescriptions and medical reports
• Use the platform only for personal healthcare purposes

3.2 Providers (Healthcare Professionals)

• Maintain active, valid professional licensing in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate diagnoses and appropriate prescriptions in accordance with medical standards
• Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality of all medical information
• Ensure all digital signatures are authentic and obtained only by you
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations and laws
• Not provide medical services outside the scope of your license

5.1 NamTrix Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, design, and all other materials are the exclusive property of NamTrix and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 User-Generated Content

Users retain all ownership rights to medical information, prescriptions, and documents they create or upload. By using NamTrix:

• You grant NamTrix a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your content to provide the Service
• You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content
• You waive any claim that NamTrix's storage and transmission of your data violates your rights

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of NamTrix or any third party
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or healthcare providers
• Disclose confidential patient information without authorization
• Create fraudulent prescriptions or medical documents
• Impersonate a healthcare provider or another user
• Forge digital signatures or authenticate documents you did not create
• Access or tamper with NamTrix systems without authorization
• Use the platform for any purpose other than its intended healthcare function
• Resell, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content or services
• Attempt to defraud or misuse the payment system
• Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code

7.1 Digital Signature Usage

Healthcare providers agree that:

• Your digital signature is your unique identifier and authentication method
• You will only authenticate documents that you personally created or reviewed
• You accept legal responsibility for all documents bearing your signature
• You will immediately notify NamTrix if your signature credentials are compromised

7.2 Document Integrity

Users acknowledge that digitally signed documents on NamTrix have the same legal standing as their physical counterparts and are binding evidence of the provider's authentication and authorization.

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. NAMTRIX DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAMTRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or medical information
• Business interruption
• Reputational harm
• Medical negligence or malpractice claims

8.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall NamTrix's total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the past twelve months for using the Service, or $100, whichever is greater.

10.1 Service Fees

11.2 Termination by NamTrix

NamTrix may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Violate healthcare regulations or professional standards
• Pose a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform
• Fail to pay required fees

11.3 Survival

Sections regarding intellectual property, limitations of liability, and privacy shall survive termination.

NamTrix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to you via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NamTrix operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

NamTrix complies with applicable healthcare regulations including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and other data protection laws. Users agree to comply with all applicable healthcare regulations in their respective jurisdictions when using the platform.

Healthcare providers are responsible for ensuring their use of NamTrix complies with professional licensing boards and medical practice regulations in their jurisdiction.
